Terms of use: Firearms are inherently dangerous tools, and the end user assumes all risks and responsibilities that go hand-in-hand with carrying a firearm. It is your responsibility to get trained in the safe and proper use of your firearm. Firearms should always be treated as if they were loaded. When practicing presentation from a holster, make certain that the firearm is unloaded. Using a firearm in a holster it wasn't designed to fit can be a safety concern. By purchasing or using my products, you agree to the terms of use, and agree that I am not liable or responsible for any damages resulting from their use.
 

Leather is an organic substance, and is therefore somewhat unpredictable. After all, cows are unique creatures too. Part of what makes leather so beautiful is its random grain, and although I try to avoid any scars or marks, sometimes those marks don't really show through until after the piece is shaped and molded. I use the highest-grade leather available, so marks are less common, but still may crop up from time to time.

Privacy Policy: I receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website or provide me in any other way. I use a software tool (Visitor Analytics) to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of the customers' websites. Collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).

Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, I am using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, IPs, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the cookies placement.

When you contact me through my website, I collect personal information you give me, such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes of communicating with you, and fulfilling your order (including asking any questions relevant to the order, providing and verifying shipping details, and arranging payments). I don't share or sell your information, and I don't spam you with newsletters or surveys.

My company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
